Over the 2 days, we will lay the foundations for how each man can reflect the image of Christ among their spheres of influence and unapologetically encourage each other to follow in our God given calling.

Wayne Gardner graduated from Hernando High School before he went on to serve 9 1/2 years in the United States Marine Corps. After 20 years, he met a high school classmate at the class reunion and is now married to Danielle Gardner, and they have six children and now 5 grandchildren.
He has now served in ministry since 2003, 17 of those years in Men’s Ministry. Wayne Gardner has also been the senior pastor of a church in Great Falls, South Carolina, named Evangel Temple. Wayne Gardner was instrumental in starting several local outreach programs in the community that ranged from backpack drives to providing shoes for those in need. Wayne also owned and operated a successful construction business for 17 years and only recently retired in order to pursue building biblical men. He has committed to serving Christ by serving others.
MC & Sonship Breakout Session Speaker
Tim Couet was born in Boston and raised in southeastern Massachusetts, where he graduated from high school in 2002. His passion for baseball brought him to Florida, where he met his wife.
Tim and his wife, Mettina, have been married for over 17 years and have four beautiful children, Naomi, Asher, Shiloh, and Judah. They reside in Land O Lakes, Florida, where they homeschool their children and are involved in various theater and sports activities. They are actively involved at Grace Family Church in many capacities, with Tim’s passion being in the area of Men’s Ministry.
In 2021, Tim began authoring his first book, Identity Assignment, and launched his own ministry called Prodigal Man. He currently serves as the host of two podcasts. The acclaimed podcast, Altar’d Manhood podcast and Manhood International (Q&A w/ T&C). His passion is for every man in the church to live in the victory that Jesus won for them on the cross and to enjoy the blessing of becoming the leader God has called them to be.
Lordship Breakout Session Speaker
Derrik and his wife Laura, have been married for 30 years and are the proud parents of two daughters, Elise and Raquel. He is the co-owner of three companies, including Cosmos Corporation—a family-owned manufacturer of pet health and wellness products that has grown into a trusted brand in the U.S. and over 70 other countries. Since 1989, Derrik has traveled the world building brands and leading sales efforts. He is also the author of Live and Let Go: Releasing Your Hold to Pursue God’s Purpose, where he shares lessons on surrender and walking fully in God’s calling.
Beyond business, Derrik carries a heart for ministry through GOLI (Gifts of Love International), a nonprofit founded by his parents. GOLI oversees children’s homes, churches, and leadership training in Guatemala, along with feeding programs, schools, and medical care in Haiti. Locally, Derrik serves on several boards, including the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and partners with ministries across St. Louis to foster unity, resource sharing, and Kingdom impact. He describes his gifting as envisioning organizations, connecting people, and encouraging others to develop the talents God has placed within them.
Fellowship Breakout Session Speaker
Dr. Rogers graduated from Columbia International University with a B.A. Degree in Pastoral Leadership. After Columbia, he continued his studies at Dallas Theological Seminary, where he earned a Master of Theology in Pastoral Leadership. He has also earned a Doctor of Ministry Degree in Pastoral Leadership from Columbia International University. Dr. Rogers also has 4 units in Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE).
Dr. Andre Rogers is the Pastor of Concord Fellowship Baptist Church in Columbia, SC, and Berean Church in Latta, SC. Dr. Rogers is a professor at the Seminary and School of Counseling and the director of campus unity at Columbia International University.
We are a band of brothers who are honored to play for the Lord. We have had the honor to lead worship for almost 15 years. We enjoy serving God and being used in whatever the task might be.
