Wayne Gardner

President / Founder

Wayne Gardner graduated from Hernando High School before he went on to serve 9 1/2 years in the United States Marine Corps. After 20 years, he met a high school classmate at the class reunion and is now married to Danielle Gardner, with whom he has six children and five grandchildren.

Following his time in the Marine Corps, Wayne Gardner went to Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina, and received an associate’s degree. Realizing his theology did not match that of the university, he transferred to Columbia International University, where he had a dual major in Bible and family and church education(FACE).

He also received a minor in pastoral studies.

He has been serving in ministry since 2003, 17 of those years in Men’s Ministry. Wayne Gardner has also been the senior pastor of a church in Great Falls, South Carolina, named Evangel Temple. Wayne Gardner was instrumental in starting several local outreach programs in the community that ranged from backpack drives to providing shoes for those in need. Wayne also owned and operated a successful construction business for 17 years and only recently retired in order to pursue building biblical men. He has committed to serving Christ by serving others.

Brian S. Brijbag

Brian S. Brijbag, an esteemed personal injury attorney, is renowned for his unwavering commitment to justice and community. Brian has successfully represented countless clients, securing millions of dollars. Known for his compassion and tenacity, Brian is a master chess-playing attorney as he has multiple advanced degrees and certifications. Brian fiercely advocates for the rights of injury victims, offering personalized attention and steadfast support throughout every step of the legal process.

Brian has over 20 years of experience in the medical field with a focus on personal injury treatment. Brian is a longtime resident of Hernando County, married to his wife Stephanie, and enjoys raising their five children in the community. A graduate of Springstead High School, Brian has long been a supporter of the local community serving as the Past-Chairperson of the Hernando County Fine Arts Council, sponsor of the Brijbag Invitational High School Wrestling Tournament, and a founding member of the Brooksville Bandshell Bash. Brian and his wife Stephanie are also the founders of The Brijbag Family Foundation, a local 501c3.

Recently, Brian received a Congressional Award from the United States Congress, was named in USA Today as one of the most influential lawyers in America, and serves on several Boards with the Florida Bar and Florida Justice Association. Brijbag Law was named Best Law Firm in Hernando County for the fourth year in a row by the Hernando Sun’s Reader’s Choice Awards which also named Brian Community Leader of the Year and the Brijbag Foundation as the best Non-profit.

Dr. Andre M. Rogers

Dr. Rogers is a native of Dillon, South Carolina, and the son of Elder Harvey Rogers III and the late Viola Rogers.

Dr. Rogers graduated from Columbia International University with a B.A. Degree in Pastoral Leadership. After Columbia, he continued his studies at Dallas Theological Seminary, where he earned a Master of Theology in Pastoral Leadership. He has also earned a Doctor of Ministry Degree in Pastoral Leadership from Columbia International University. Dr. Rogers also has 4 units in Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE). 
Dr. Andre Rogers is the Pastor of Concord Fellowship Baptist Church in Columbia, SC, and Berean Church in Latta, SC. Dr. Rogers is a professor at the Seminary and School of Counseling and the director of campus unity at Columbia International University. 
With a Certificate of Ordination from the Gethsemane Baptist Association and SC COGIC Jurisdiction, recognition by Who’s Who Among Students and Professors in American Universities and Colleges, Dr. Rogers has put his academic training into practical use in his community, church, and at work. He has very quickly become a much sought-after conference speaker and leader. He served on the faculty of the W. L. Bonner College for many years. He has preached in places like Brazil and Canada. He has served as a consultant in church planting for the Southern Baptists and Global Church Advancement for the Presbyterians. He is also a conference leader for Lifeway.

He is married to Sylvia S. Rogers, and they are the proud parents of two adult daughters, Adrianna (2nd year PhD student)and Savannah (a first-year medical school student starting Fall 2025).
